Regenstrief Institute is proud to host The Problem, a podcast that examines how professionals of all stripes are doing their part to confront society’s biggest issues. Each season is focused on a different big problem, with episodes on the interdisciplinary approaches to tackling that problem.
Initiated in 1994 by Regenstrief investigator Clem McDonald, LOINC is the freely available international standard for identifying health measurements, observations, and documents. It is used by more than 81,000 registered users in 175 countries to enable efficient transmission, understanding, and use of health data.
The Regenstrief Data Core is a central point of access for data from the Indiana Network for Patient Care (INPC) and other specialized sources. Analysts assist investigators with a mission to transform data into knowledge to improve patient care. The Data Core provides an array of services while ensuring the safe keeping and handling of protected health information (PHI).
