Establish two 5-year cross-institute initiatives focused on interventions in Learning Health Systems and Health Disparities to build upon the expertise of our investigators and reinvigorate Regenstrief’s innovative disruption within and across health systems and communities.

Develop an institutional approach and supporting resources to drive seamless translation and implementation of scientific discoveries.

Implement a coordinated approach and dedicated infrastructure to support partnerships, innovation, research, and value generation aimed at delivering impact through alignment of Regenstrief’s goals with the goals of its partners.

Expand access to key data sources and empower the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance Regenstrief’s discoveries and create operational efficiencies, emphasize continuous quality improvement, and ensure financial sustainability of Regenstrief’s data resources.

Improve financial transparency and communications across the Institute to achieve stronger accountability and foster financial sustainability.

Diversify Regenstrief’s revenue streams to drive programmatic growth and enhance community impact.

Create best in class administrative services for the Institute and optimize Regenstrief’s infrastructure.

Establish Regenstrief as a premier workplace destination for top staff and investigators spanning the local and national markets.
