Ashley has continually demonstrated her unwavering leadership to CBMI, the Public Health Informatics program and Regenstrief Institute. She works thoughtfully and leads with grace. Her even demeanor and intentional approach has earned her high respect among CBMI. It is not unusual to hear her guiding her team towards success. Ashley is a top collaborator, always willing to lend a hand when assistance is needed, thus other members of CBMI within the Public Health Informatics program or otherwise, seek her out for guidance. She problem solves efficiently while building consensus; both important in the success of CBMI. She is not afraid to ask the hard questions when streamlining efficiencies are at play. Ashley has demonstrated often her purposeful intent to understand and push forward alignment with Regenstrief’s strategic plan as work within the Public Health Informatics program continues. All of these attributes, I feel earn her a strong recommendation for the One Regenstrief Award.
