Courtney is a strong, supportive and thoughtful leader in the finance team. She is always willing to help and work hard to ensure that the work of the Finance Department is accomplished with a high degree of accuracy. Her institutional knowledge provides us with an invaluable resource, which helps to navigate the complexity of support relationship with Indiana University. She is patient and a good mentor providing time and space for learning and ensure that roles and responsibilities are understood.
