Tools, technology, and resources for better care

Sam Regenstrief, a visionary in industrial production techniques, was certain the healthcare system could be improved by applying advances in technology, engineering and biomedical science directly to clinical settings. Today we realize that vision by developing tools and providing resources to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of care, and accelerate the translation of research discoveries into medical practice. We work to help train tomorrow’s physicians by creating platforms and curricula to seamlessly integrate technology and electronic health records into medical education. We develop new models of care with focus on vulnerable populations, and create health information technology systems and infrastructure which enable better data exchange, and better care, across countries and within limited resource environments.

Healthy Aging Brain Care (HABC) Monitor
The Healthy Aging Brain Care Monitor (HABC Monitor) helps diagnose and manage four key areas: cognition, functional deficit, behavioral and psychological health, and caregiver burden.
