Jess Trimble

In 2024, we embarked on the implementation of a 5-year strategic plan. Jess joined us in the spring as the Project Manager to help move this work forward and track and report on our progress. Jess has been relentless in keeping us focused on our goals and the plan. She created an easy method, using the RACI model, for responsible and accountable parties to report on work toward meeting the metrics and deadlines. Her strong communications have kept all of us updated during Town Halls on challenges, progress and success.
