Welcome to the Regenstrief Institute Online Anonymous Suggestion Box
The institute continues to look at ways to encourage and solicit your feedback. We encourage you to always look to your immediate supervisor or leader in your center/program/admin unit to provide feedback. Additionally, we have established two other methods to communicate: this online suggestion box and physical suggestion boxes on each floor of the Regenstrief building. Both are anonymous unless you provide us your contact information.
Our promise is to listen and to work together with a focus on continuous improvement towards One Regenstrief.
