Social determinants of health workshop videos now available

Videos from the Social Determinants of Health Data Workshop 2021 are now available for viewing.

The three-day virtual conference highlighted several successful Indiana-based initiatives related to social determinants of health. The goal of the conversations and presentations was to deepen partnerships, increase coordination and drive action. The sessions sparked productive conversations about future applications.

The event was sponsored by Regenstrief and the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, and videos of sessions from all three days are available free of charge.
