I nominate Ally Worden for the One Regenstrief Award for her dedication to the WeCare Program and her leadership through a difficult period. Recently the WeCare program went through a funding transition that challenged the entire team to examine and prove eligibility for the nearly 1000 research participants. Ally jumped right in to help the team by answering questions and, when she did not have the answer, committing to researching the issue and returning with a solution. Ally quickly adjusted to the program’s new constraints and committed herself to guiding the rest of the team through the process. She stayed positive during a stressful, time-limited situation and proved her dedication to the program’s goal of reducing infant mortality in Marion County. Ally’s leadership shone through during a challenging period on the WeCare program. She is a tremendous asset to Regenstrief and its mission.
