For the past 20 years, Andrew has been an unparalleled asset to RI, serving as its most invaluable Systems Engineer. His extensive expertise and deep understanding of the INPC and numerous other projects he has contributed to over the years have made him an indispensable resource. Recently, Andrew has ventured into the field of AI, where his innovative work comparing the outputs of the legacy Notifiable Conditions Detector (NCD) with those generated by a large language model (LLM) analyzing the same HL7 messages has brought renewed optimism for leveraging AI in future initiatives. In addition to his groundbreaking AI work, Andrew continues to contribute to multiple projects while generously sharing his subject matter expertise with IHIE when needed. Known for his exceptional ability to deliver successful outcomes, Andrew truly has the “Midas touch” — every project he undertakes is destined for success. His dedication, brilliance, and impact are nothing short of extraordinary.
