Jasmine’s dedication to the Mission and Vision of the Regenstrief Institute is exemplified in throughout her work. Recruiting visits, events, and board meetings are well organized and successful because Jasmine is working diligently behind the scenes to manage ever changing logistics, schedules, and needs. She also works to foster and maintain important external partnerships that are necessary to accomplish our goals. Jasmine always makes herself available to her colleagues to provide support and guidance, when requested. I can’t tell you how many times Jasmine has been up to her eyeballs in work but still made time to talk through a project with me or connect me to the right people to get my questions answered. I am constantly impressed by how graciously Jasmine takes on more responsibilities and continues to keep the quality of her work at such a high level. Jasmine is also an incredible collaborator. She is a great convener of people and does a great job of keeping everyone on task and focused on the group’s goal. She follows up to keep people accountable and provides support, when needed. I’ve been so impressed with Jasmine in my time at Regenstrief and feel lucky to have her as a colleague.
