Jess is an amazing person, employee and project manager. She goes above and beyond her job description to assist CBMI to have lunches and celebrations for other employees. As the education project manager, she is there for every student and fellow that comes into CBMI, assisting them through all of their needs and making them feel welcome. Any time there are events, conferences or organization needed for CBMI, Jess is there to help. She leads and organizes CBMI’s annual participation in the AMIA conference, which takes hours of work with the large number of staff and investigators that attend. This year Jess even organized a food drive event after the conference to give back to the local community. With Jess’s years of experience at Regenstrief, she knows the ins and outs of CBMI, and she knows many staff and investigators and is always willing to assist the other project managers and staff with any questions or help that we need for our projects or to get us to the right contacts. Overall, Jess is the perfect example of Regenstrief and would be an excellent candidate who is most deserving of the One Regenstrief Award.
