Lori Losee

I have never seen anyone more dedicated to their professional community than Lori Losee. She consistently works to create not just a great work environment, but one where everyone can feel connected with each other. Lori highly values networking and creating spaces for the Center for Health Services Research’s faculty and staff to collaborate. Since I started with Regenstrief, I have seen Lori work on two major events for our center. She planned, coordinated with outside vendors and executed these events with great success. Our investigators at the faculty retreat said that it was a great opportunity to connect with each other and collaborate on what they need from our center and each other to do their best work. Lori then followed up with our center director to make sure the notes taken at the retreat were saved and is in the works to get that information online for the investigators and the center to look back on. For the holiday get together, Lori scheduled the event and created a space for the entire center to connect with each other. The examples above are how Lori shows exceptional teamwork/customer service orientation and makes a significant positive impact to Regenstrief. She also demonstrates the Regenstrief mission and values through the above behavior as well as making a conscious effort to diversify and encourage inclusion in the center and Regenstrief as a whole.
