First Nomination:
Open enrollment is a very busy time for me. Switching providers added more work to my plate (all for a good cause though!). There was a moment that I felt like I was drowning a bit, and Troy stepped in to assist in getting confirmations out — very simple task but takes quite a while to do. He never complained, and when he finished, he asked if there was anything else he could do. This is what teamwork is. I appreciate his readiness to assist and help me get the job done!
Second Nomination:
Twice a month, Troy and Lara, our payroll team, process payroll for all Regenstrief employees — more than 175 individuals. This is a huge lift each and every payroll cycle. Why? Because in addition to following standard operating procedures, adjusting for new states where employees live, and coordinating with UKG, double and triple-checking, they also have to problem solve when any of us are late submitting or approving time sheets. Troy and Laura are professional, timely, and helpful especially when UKG is challenging and they need to step in and provide assistance. We are grateful for the seriousness with which they take their responsibilities, as this results in us receiving correct pay checks in a timely manner.
