Michael Weiner, M.D., MPH, was featured by U.S. News and World Report about one of the first studies to compare conversation between patient and clinician during a primary care appointment with the information entered into the patient’s electronic health record (EHR). The study found that topics brought up by patients were much less likely to be input into the EHR.
