Regenstrief is lucky to have Donna Schildbach as a program assistant. Not only does she support some of the busiest faculty at the Institute, but she serves as the assistant for the entire Center for Biomedical Informatics. And she does everything with a positive attitude. She helps solve complex challenges that face center operations. She also works extremely well with the other PAs across the Institute to schedule meetings, faculty candidate visits, external speakers and more. Planning these visits and coordinating time with investigators, staff, students and administration is not easy. She makes sure each visitor has a great experience while at Regenstrief. It is a pleasure working with her, and the entire Institute benefits from her collegiality and focus on the mission. Donna demonstrates exceptional teamwork every day, and our “customers” (investigators, external partners) appreciate her service orientation.
